CIM Commercial Trust Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCT) is a diversified real estate investment trust (REIT) that principally invests in stabilized office assets located in high density, high barrier-to-entry urban markets in the U.S. such as the San Francisco Bay Area, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. CIM Commercial Trust is managed by CIM Group, which is comprised of a seasoned team of real estate and investment professionals with extensive expertise including in-house research, acquisition, investment, development, finance, leasing, and asset management. In addition, CIM Commercial Trust also deploys a portion of its capital to its real estate lending platform through its wholly owned subsidiary that originates and services loans under the U.S. Small Business Administration 7(a) Guaranteed Loan Program. Its properties are primarily located in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Creative Media & Community Trust Corporation is operated by affiliates of CIM Group, L.P., a vertically-integrated owner and operator of real assets with multi-disciplinary expertise and in-house research, acquisition, credit analysis, development, finance, leasing, and onsite property management capabilities. Creative Media & Community Trust Corporation was founded in 1993 and is based in Dallas, Texas.
