IAC is an internet and media conglomerate that owns and operates a portfolio of leading web applications and browser extensions. Founded by Barry Diller is the Chairman and Senior Executive of IAC and the Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia Group. He founded IAC in 1995 and has overseen its growth and expansion through acquisitions, spin-offs and investments. Some of the companies that IAC has created or owned include Match Group, Vimeo, Angie, Dotdash, Care.com and MGM Resorts International. IAC was previously known as HSN Inc. (1996–1998), USA Networks Inc. (1998–2002), USA Interactive (2002–2003), InterActiveCorp (2003–2004)
