SpringOwl Asset Management is a New York-based hedge fund manager that provides services to private funds which are offered to investors on a confidential, private placement basis. The firm was founded in 2013 by Jason Ader. It owns and manages SpringOwl Associates, an SEC-registered investment advisor and New York-registered firm that commenced operations in 1970 under the name of Cumberland Associates.
