social employees diversity equity and inclusion overview our key focus areas for we continued to build and celebrate our diverse and inclusive culture in our executive committee announced commitments to five key focus areas for as shown on the right we and celebrated international diversity events we have provided related training in all regions we have also built upon our commitment through several partnerships outside of the business we been a sponsor of events that support us in building diverse pools of future talent to ensure we are clear about the gaps and opportunities in our work and to reflect our commitment to continuous improvement we launched an independent audit through an external partner the findings have informed our strategy in our executive committee announced commitments to five key focus areas for active sponsorship we have appointed executive sponsors for five areas of our focus they each sit on our group executive committee ensuring these topics are represented in decision making at the highest level gender north race coo and disability president mental health better understand our opportunities and challenges we believe that it is critical that we have a deep understanding of the make up of our population and their experience of working here so we can set relevant goals and develop meaningful programmes and practices during we will focus on improving demographic data and our people will be asked to take part in a voluntary census measure progress against specific goals we are also raising our ambition and setting three year targets for gender diversity our current global gender diversity and gender targets are women senior leaders mid level leaders total target ensure accountability we will be holding annual strategic reviews chaired by our focused on we will also have annual deep dives and quarterly reviews with each region to monitor our performance closely and take quick action where needed support our people we are developing a global conscious inclusion training to ensure that we all understand the importance holds for our people our business and our customers | Experian
