Overstock.com, Inc. is an American internet retailer selling primarily furniture headquartered in Midvale, Utah, near Salt Lake City. The company sells home decor, furniture, bedding, and many other goods that are closeout merchandise. The company went public in 2002, achieved profits in 2009[5] and reported its first billion-dollar year in 2010. In June 2023, the company acquired the Bed Bath & Beyond brand. Following this acquisition, Overstock is being rebranded as Bed Bath & Beyond – an ecommerce only retailer. The Overstock brand will sunset over time.
